Reception & Bursary Clerk

The Reception/ Bursary Clerk is one of the first members of staff encountered by visitors and members coming into College, in person, and via email and phone enquiries. The post comprises all forms of reception duties, including distribution of incoming post and administration of outgoing post, and assisting with accounting functions, cash and card handling, banking, sales of miscellaneous items, functions bookings, invoicing of Guest Room bookings, and recording of accounting transactions in books of accounts and electronically.
