Overnight guests in College rooms are allowed and College has no interest in that person’s relationship to you. However, College does need to ensure that, in the event of a fire or similar emergency, there is information available to indicate that an additional person is in a room.
Residents must complete this form which will be held securely at the College Lodge and destroyed 3 months after submission to record guests.
Residents are reminded that, as per your licence agreement, guests are only permitted for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights and on an infrequent/ad hoc basis. Permission must be granted in advance by the Accommodation Manager or Domestic Bursar for a guest to stay for longer than 3 nights.
