Oversees all aspects of student welfare, admissions and academic progress.
Responsible for the financial management of the College and the smooth running of its premises and activities.
Primary responsibility for managing the College’s property and land, insurances, environmental performance, purchasing and contracting, regulatory compliance, health, safety and security.
Implements all College policies relating to student discipline.
Promotes and monitors equality and diversity within the College.
Fees, battels (personal accounts) and payroll.
Administration of student accommodation, including study rooms and storage. Guest room bookings.
Admissions, enrolment, academic administration (including GSO forms) and first point of contact for general student queries.
Provides administrative support to the Principal, Governing Body and its committees, and all matters relating to HR, the Fellowship and College governance.
Grants, scholarships, disability and welfare administration. Assists the College Secretary.
Alumni events and donations. College communications, including social media and website.
All general alumni queries.
Responsible for all IT and telecoms related functions of the College.
Assists College Officers with the smooth running of the College, particularly with out of office hours responsibilities and welfare duties.
Supervises the cleaning staff on the main site and at the College houses.
Maintenance and repairs in College buildings and student accommodation.
