Oversees all aspects of student welfare, admissions and academic progress.
Responsible for the financial management of the College and the smooth running of its premises and activities.
Primary responsibility for managing the College’s property and land, insurances, environmental performance, purchasing and contracting, regulatory compliance, health, safety and security.
Promotes and monitors equality and diversity within the College. This includes, but is not limited to, matters relating to gender, race, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, and disability.
Implements all College policies relating to student discipline.
Administration of student accommodation, including study rooms and storage. Guest room bookings.
Fees, battels (personal accounts) and payroll.
Responsible for the end-to-end student administration cycle, from admissions to graduation.
Grants, scholarships, disability and welfare administration. Assists the Academic Registrar.
Provides administrative support to the Principal, Governing Body and its committees, and all matters relating to HR, the Fellowship and College governance.
All internal and external room hire, functions and events.
Alumni events, communications and development. Primary contact for any alumni queries.
Social media, website and alumni communications.
Responsible for all IT and telecoms related functions of the College.
Assists College Officers with the smooth running of the College, particularly with out of office hours responsibilities and welfare duties.
Supervises the cleaning staff on the main site and at the College houses.
Maintenance and repairs in College buildings and student accommodation.
